Joshua and Susan Smith serve as campus ministers at UBC, reaching students with the love of Jesus through hospitality, prayer, and intentional discipleship.
Susan began full-time campus ministry at UBC in 2022 after leaving a career in engineering, following a clear call to help young adults encounter Jesus. After being married in 2024, Joshua—an honourary member of Supper Club, who helped lead student ministry in Edmonton (including Thankful Thursdays at the U of A)—joined her in Vancouver and they continue to live out that same vision on campus through partnership with Origin Church.
Their work reflects Supper Club’s heart: building communities of faith in overlooked places, one meal, one conversation, and one disciple at a time.
